Who We Are?

The Stamford Asia Group is a business entity headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It comprises the following companies: Stamford Asia Creative Sdn Bhd, Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries EN General Holdings Sdn Bhd, Nixser Technology Sdn Bhd, FG Asia Solution Sdn Bhd, Mont Caliente Sdn Bhd, The Light Concept Bar Sdn Bhd and The Wave Entertainment brand, and Stamford Asia Creative Pte Ltd.

Founded in 2012 by Dato’ Seri Ivan Wong, the group grew by the addition of Mr Teo En Chie in 2013 and Mr Charles Chang in 2017. The group is headed by founders and Mr Diong Yien Bin, the Chief Technology Officer who joined the Group in 2020.

Since its founding in 2012, the Group has been actively involved primarily in Investment Activities. The Group ventured into Property Investment via Mont Caliente Sdn Bhd, IT and Technology via Nixser Technology Sdn Bhd, IT Solutions and E Commerce via EN General Holdings Sdn Bhd, Entertainment and Retail via brands such as The Light Bar and The Wave Entertainment . The group also diversified its investments into equities and properties via Stamford Asia Creative Sdn Bhd and Ungguh Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Stamford Asia Creative Pte Ltd is the Group’s international business division to manage overseas investments.

As of Oct 2020, the Group currently has assets under management of approx. MYR 50 million.
